Private Blood Tests London provides private diagnostic blood testing services at 20 Old Brompton Road, South Kensington, London SW7 3DL. We are a CQC-registered diagnostic service. We provide laboratory test results with reference ranges only. We do not provide medical diagnosis, interpretation, treatment, prescriptions, or follow-up care. Our service is not a substitute for medical advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and over. Patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who must provide written consent. By booking our services, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, or that you are a parent/guardian booking on behalf of a minor.
Appointments must be booked in advance online, by phone, or in person. Full payment is required at the time of booking. The £50 phlebotomy fee is charged per clinic visit, not per test. Health screening packages are all-inclusive. We accept major credit and debit cards. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will forfeit the phlebotomy fee (£50). No-shows will not receive a refund. Test fees are refundable if the test cannot be performed due to circumstances within our control. Rescheduling is available free of charge with more than 24 hours notice.
Results are delivered via our secure patient portal. We will not share your results with any third party (including your GP, employer, or insurance company) without your explicit written consent, except where required by law. We retain health records for a minimum of 8 years in accordance with healthcare regulations.
We are a diagnostic testing service only. We do not provide: medical diagnosis or interpretation of results, treatment or prescriptions, emergency medical services, or follow-up clinical care. If you receive abnormal results, you should consult your GP or a relevant specialist. In a medical emergency, call 999 or attend your nearest A&E department.
We take all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of our laboratory testing. However, no diagnostic test is 100% accurate. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on test results without appropriate medical consultation. Our liability is limited to the cost of the test(s) purchased.
